Speaking at a press conference attended by foreign guests of Imam Reza (AS) Int’l Festival, Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman said the assembly would provide an opportunity for Razavi servants to better interact and exchange their experiences regarding the promotion of the Razavi culture all over the world.
He added that the decision to form the assembly was made following the active participation of Razavi servants at the international festival.
As a preliminary step in the establishment of the assembly, ICRO has formed the international council of the festival in cooperation with Al-Mustafa International University, Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) World Assembly and the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought.
The head of the council said that top participants at the previous editions of the festival as well as this year’s winners will be honored by the assembly.
ICRO has also planned a forum to honor women actively involved in dissemination of the Razavi culture in various parts of the world, Torkaman said.
He further noted that the 12th edition of Razavi international festival was organized by ICRO in more than 40 countries where cultural products were also distributed by the organization on the occasion of birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS).
Suheil As’ad from Argentina, Seyyed Morteza Razavi from Madagascar, Hojat-ol-Islam Hussein Al-‘Awali from Uganda, Ahmad Al-Kharsi from Lebanon, Patrick Ring Noberg from Switzerland, Aziz Nabiev from Georgia and Madiha Rasul from Pakistan were among the foreign representatives at the conference held on September 6.
