Islamic American University Holds Quran Course in Florida

A Quranic Course offered by Islamic American University is underway at the Islamic Center of Boca Raton (ICBR), Florida.

 Quran Recitation, Tajweed and Memorization is taught to teenagers and adults aged 16 and up by Sheikh Khalid Marie, a hafiz and a graduate of Al-Azhar Quran Institute.

The course started on September 2 and will run until December 20.
Upon course completion, students will be able to read Arabic and recite Quran with the proper pronunciation and Tajweed, the organizers say.

Students will receive a certificate for each Juz (part) of the Quran memorized in addition to college credit hours from Islamic American University (IAU) for the course.
