An Iranian scholar has published a book countering claims raised against Islam and Muslims by Robert Morey in "The Islamic Invasion: Confronting the World's Fastest Growing Religion".

"The Phony Invasion" by Tarbiat Moddares University Professor Mihammad Saeedimehr has been recently published by Ruyesh-e No Publications.
It is a critique of "The Islamic Invasion…" and rebuts the allegations against Islam in Morey's book.
"Morey claims in his book that he seeks to investigate Islam scientifically but a brief look at 'The Islamic Invasion..' proves otherwise because scientific research requires abandoning all prejudices and biases… but there is no trace of such an approach in his book," writes Dr Saeedimehr.
"The author is only seeking to select in a biased manner what he considers to be 'negative aspects of Islam' in order to depict an adverse image of this Divine religion."
He underlines that Morey in his book attacks Islam not from the viewpoint of an atheist but that of a biased Christian and tries in many cases to prove that Christianity is superior to Islam.
Dr Saeedimehr says a reasonable way to refute Morey's claims is to investigate the weaknesses of Christianity but does not see such an approach appropriate.
The Tarbiat Moddares University, instead, investigates and disproves the assertions made by Morey in his book.
The assertions include those related to the life of Islam's Holy prophet (PBUH), the presence of Arab culture and tradition in Islam and the views of Muslims about the Holy Quran.
Dr Saeedimehr discusses these assertions one by one and proves them false.
