New Kiswa Cover for Kaaba Will Be Unveiled

The newly sewn Kiswa, or cover of the holy Kaaba structure, will be unveiled in the coming days, as per tradition.

Each year, a specialized factory in Makkah sews a new Kiswa which will be used to cover the Kaaba during the upcoming hajj pilgrimage.
The Kaaba cover is changed every year at the Arafa day on the 9th of Dhul Hijjah when pilgrims proceed to Arafat for the main event of the Haj.
