Head of the Quranic department of Astan Quds (custodianship of the holy shrine), said the programs include Tahghigh and Tarteel recitation of the Quran, recitation of Ashura Supplication and congregational prayers.
Mehdi Lessani said there are also workshops on the teachings of Ashrua Supplication and Tawasheeh performances , IRIB news reported.
He added that the programs are held at the holy shrine’s Dar-ol-Quran center and that Iran’s internationally-acclaimed Quranic figures including Seyed Morteza Sadat-Fatemi and Javad Kashefi will take part in some of the programs.
The holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) also hosts ceremonies commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS).
