Algeria’s Awqaf and Religious Affairs Minister Muhammad Issa as well as Muslim scholars and thinkers and Quran activists will take part in the congress.
It will feature discussions on the efforts of the country’s scholars to serve the Holy Quran, al-Khabar daily reported.
Three Quran interpretations by al-Tha’alibi, Ibn Badis and al-Tafish will also be discussed.
On the sidelines of the national congress, a series of lectures, seminars and Quranic programs are planned to be held in different mosques in the province.
