Indonesian Jambi University’s Mosque Opens

-- Al-Islam Mosque opened in Indonesia’s Jambi University with the help of the Saudi Arabia’s Embassy.
According to the WAS news agency, the mosque was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by a number of Saudi and Indonesian officials including Muhammad Hedayat Nour, speaker of Indonesia’s Parliament, and Ebrahim Ibn Soleiman Al-Naqimeshi, religious attaché of the Arabian Embassy.
Speaking in Jakarta, Naqimeshi told WAS, “The mosque is one of the 7 constructed with Saudi help in major Indonesian universities.”
“Olul-Albab” and “Tohid Aref Al-Rahman Hakim” Mosques will soon be inaugurated respectively in Islamic-State University in Malang and Indonesia University in Jakarta,” he added. “The latter is the second great mosque in Jakarta and has room for over 10 thousand worshippers.”
