Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammadi Parchavi, educational deputy of the institute told IQNA that the Quran activists were members of research and academic institute of Afghanistan’s Quran Department.
Head of Afghanistan’s institute for Quran Interpretation and Research was also present at the meeting.
In the meeting they learned about the plans and educational schedule of Jamiat-ul-Quran Institute and called for support for Afghanistan’s Quranic activities.
They discussed the institute’s research studies on the scientific miracles of Quran, holding joint Quranic exhibitions and conferences and training Quran instructors.
According to Mr. Mohammadi Parchavi there will be another meeting on February 24 in order for signing an agreement for cooperation between the Iranian institute and Afghan Quranic centers.
