Widespread Support for Nat’l Production Urged
Supporting national production ought to be Iranians' overriding priority since the enemies plan to impose fresh sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This is according to Hojat-ol-Islam Zonnoor, the Supreme Leader's deputy representative at the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), who, speaking to IQNA, also said that all-out efforts need to made in order to put this year’s slogan of 'National Production, Supporting Iranian Capital and Labor' into realization "for our enemies are reportedly after new sanctions on Iran".
Imam Khamenei on the beginning of the current Iranian year (started March 21) named it the year of 'National Production, Supporting Iranian Capital and Labor'.
Hojat-ol-Islam Zonnoor added that the main enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, namely America and the Zionist regime, have always been in confrontation with this country for it is based on Islamic teachings and has never followed secularism.
Hojat-ol-Islam Zonnoor went on to say that prospering domestic production paves the way for economic growth in the country.
He also stressed that Western sanctions have always caused Iranian scientists and experts to make progress in various fields since the Islamic Revolution in 1979.
Referring to the Supreme Leader’s vigilance and perspicacity concerning international and domestic issues, Hojat-ol-Islam Zonnoor noted that slogans designated by Imam Khamenei for every year are not to end with that year's ending.
The Supreme Leader's deputy representative at IRGC urged all state officials, investors and people to attempt to make necessary preparations for having a burgeoning domestic production in future.
