"Pious Woman in Quran's View" Seminar Held in Turkey
The characteristics of a pious woman from the viewpoint of the Holy Quran were clarified at a seminar held on April 6 in Adana, Turkey.
According to IQNA's branch in Turkey, the program was organized by Turkey’s Freedom Association (Özgür-Der).
It began with Quran recitation by Marwa Aygun and continued with speeches by Hülya Şekerci, a Muslim female intellectual of the region.
Characteristics of a pious woman from the viewpoint of Quran, the role of women in training children in view of the Quran and the status of women from the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) point of view were investigated by the scholar at the program.
