According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the program was attended by imams (leaders) of mosques, preachers, lecturers, and teachers of the Theology Institute of the country as well as the officials and staff of Muslims Affairs Office in Dagestan.
Addressing the program, Haji Rajab Khal Mirzayev, an eminent preacher of the region, provided details on a national contest scheduled to be held in the near future in Dagestan regarding the principles of Islam and life of the holy Prophet (PBUH).
Also speaking at the program, Noor Mohammad Haji Gharakhmayev, head of the jury panel of the contest said that top winners will be awarded Haj pilgrimage tours as the reward.
The attendees also highlighted the necessity of holding courses on religious principles particularly for women as well as educational workshops for teachers to promote Islamic principles in Republic of Dagestan.
