Al-e Khalifa’s Oppression Lambasted

Participants in the 4th conference of the International Coalition against Impunity condemned the Al-e Khalifa regime’s crackdown on the revolutionaries of Bahrain.
They urged all the countries in the world to make efforts to put an end to the regime’s oppressive measures.
Sayed jafar Al-Alawi who heads the committee for international solidarity with the people of Bahrain said at the conference that there is an oppression and killing operation going on in Bahrain with the widespread support from some Persian Gulf countries.
The 4th conference of the International Coalition against Impunity was held in the Lebanese capital with the participation of representatives from Syria, China, and Iran as well as political figures and human rights activists from other countries.
Also speaking at the event was Muntadhar al-Zaidi, Iraqi journalist who had thrown shoes at the then-US President George W. Bush in 2008. He elaborated on the consequences of US occupation of Iraq.
