Quranic Studies to Be Investigated in India

Quranic studies will be investigated at a series of sessions planned to be held on December 21 and 22 in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh State of India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the Quranic programs will be organized by the Faculty of Quranic Studies of Aligrah Muslim University with the aim of making the students acquainted with Quranic sciences.
The relationship between the Holy Quran and Hadith will be the main theme of the first session to be discussed by Salman, religious intellectual from South Africa.
Anis-ul-Rahman, Indian Quran expert, is scheduled to discuss changes of the environment under the auspices of the Holy Quran and Hadith during the second day of the forum.
The faculty has also planned another session on February 16, 2013 with the participation of Brus, American University lecturer, who will study a translation of the Holy Quran by Yusuf Ali, Indian eminent translator.
