US Smearing Democracy, Decapitating Freedom

Since the elementary school shooting rampage in Newtown, Connecticut, bulletproof backpacks have seen sales jump.
It seems that American families no longer trust the US security forces and that they are buying shotguns and body armors to save their children’s life in the face of any potential shooting incident in the future.
While addressing a memorial service for the victims of the Friday shooting tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, President Obama said, "We can't tolerate this anymore. These tragedies must end. And to end them, we must change”.
He further said that he would use all his powers to prevent a repeat of the incident, during which a 20-year-old, identified as Adam Lanza, killed twenty children and six women.
President Obama believes that the tragedy must end as he can no longer tolerate the situation. He expressed his condolences over the death of the American children and cried.
Here are a number of questions that pop up to mind.
Mr. President, what about Palestinian kids and their bereaved mothers? Don’t you think the tragedy of innocent people of Gaza must end as well? What is the difference between American children and Muslim children? Mr. President, don’t you believe that cleansing Muslim minorities in Myanmar should be also halted?
The culture and civilization of the US leaders find its roots in violence and terrorism. Freedom has no place in their culture and the statue of liberty is the symbol of massacre and injustice!!
They [US leaders] slaughter innocent people across the globe under the pretext of freedom and justice, foment discord among different nations under the excuse of confronting terrorism, test their nuclear missiles in broad day light and then impose sanctions on countries’ medical equipment and drugs over nuclear issues, ban truth-telling media and then talk about freedom of expression and introduce their country as the flag bearer of human rights in the world.
Do such acts not contradict the West’s democracy claim? Aren't they [Western Leaders] smearing democracy around the world? Aren't they decapitating freedom?
Many people question the double standard policy of the US and its allies when it comes to dealing with the crisis in Syria and Bahrain.
The United States claims that it is trying to help Syrian people and is defending human rights while at the same time it is funding the rebels and providing them with arms.
As for Bahrain, the American leaders are just watching the massacre of innocent people and have remained silent on this issue as their interests are not at stake and the Al-e Khalifa ruling regime is their lackey.
Everyone with an inkling political knowledge is privy to the fact that the US and its allies are just blatant claimers of human rights and democracy and are just after plundering nations.
On November 18, President Obama in his visit to Myanmar said, “I express my firm commitment to promote and protect democracy. It is something we have to constantly work on".
Maybe president Obama needs to check his dictionary one more time to understand the meaning of democracy as what he has been promoting since he took office in 2009 has been terror and massacre not freedom and democracy.
