Reaching Salvation, Ultimate Goal of Islamic Management
The ultimate goal of Islamic management is reaching salvation, something that is seen in the profound ideas of Imam Hussein (AS), a university scholar said.
Professor Hossein Baher told IQNA that Muslim managers ought to prevent corruption and injustice and run the affairs using the management method of Imam Hussein (AS).
The Shahid Beheshti University professor pointed to the elements of knowledge and awareness in Imam Hussein’s (AS) management, saying that since the beginning of his uprising, the Imam (AS) conveyed a profound ideological philosophy to people through his sermons and speeches.
He also underlined that freedom and free will are emphasized based on Imam Hussein’s (AS) leadership principles.
Mr. Baher further underlined that Ashura is not a simple event one can easily ignore but there is a school behind it that has a world view, ideology, methodology, and strategy, a school more perfect than any other.
