Talking to IQNA, Seyyed Ehsan Ghazizadeh Hashemi, an official with Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said that the deadline for submitting the works to “Ayat” festival has been extended to January 31 adding that so far many works have been sent to the secretariat of the event.
It will be held with the purpose of identifying elites active in the field of Quranic journalism, improving country’s Quranic software industry, producing science with focus on Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) teachings and promoting Quranic teachings with an up-to-date method.
The festival will be held in two written and digital sections featuring various categories including poem, photography, journalism, and short story.

Tehran will host the event and that its closing ceremony will be held on March 3.
