Quran Recitation Course for University Students Planned in India

An educational course on recitation of the Holy Quran’s verses will be held for university students in Maharashtra State of India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the course will be organized in February by Jamiat-ul-Huda Islamic University in Nashik District.
Shafiq Ahmad, president of the university said that the course materials will include reading and recitation of the Holy Quran’s verses and Tajweed principles.
Eminent Indian Quran experts who instruct the course will also answer the participants’ questions about various religious issues.
The university was established by AL-Huda National Welfare Institute in Malegaon region of the district aiming to promote religious virtues in the society.
