Hezbollah Leader to Give An Address on Unity Week
Secretary general of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Resistance Movement will deliver a speech on Friday on the occasion of Unity Week.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s speech will be delivered via videoconference to participants at the movement’s celebration marking birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Libanon Files website reported.
He is expected to address various issues including Islamic unity and confronting the wave of infidelity in the Arab and Muslim world.
Nasrallah will also reiterate support for Bashar Al-Assad’s initiative and urge for dialogue between Syria’s government and opposition.
In his speech, secretary general of Hezbollah will condemn the anti-Shia terrorist attacks in countries like Pakistan and Iraq.
Lebanon’s internal issues and the need for political dialogue in the country will be among other issues Nasrallah will touch on in his speech on Friday.
