Religious Speech Contest Held in India
On the occasion of birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), a contest on delivering religious speeches was held in Mirwal Gaoan region of Mumbai, India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the competition was held separately for male and female participants in the presence of religious intellectuals and experts of the country.
The influence of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) Seerah in Modern era, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and children, practical wisdom of the prophet of Islam (PBUH) in wars and unity of followers of various Islamic schools of thought were among the themes of speeches presented by the participants.
The contest concluded with a speech by Delawar, Indian scholar, who clarified Seerah and moral virtues of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and duties of Muslims in developing Islamic societies and disseminating Islamic culture.
