The union announced that the symposium will be a venue for debates and discussions on Islam, which is one of the topics most frequently discussed by the media and academia.
Bernard Godard, advisor at the Central Office of Religions in the French Interior Ministry, Raphaël Liogier, a French sociologist and political scientist, and a number of university lecturers from various countries as well as representatives from religious centers will take part in the program.
