Raising Motivation among Students Needed for Realizing 10 Million Memorizers Target
In order to realize the plan for training 10 million memorizers of the Quran, motivation should be the raised among students and the youth.
This is according to prominent Iranian Quran reciter Hamed Shakernejad who also told IQNA that there have been good steps taken so far for realizing the plan, which has been among the main demands of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei.
“We should create a love for learning the Quran by heart among the youth and school studnts.”
He said holding Quran recitation and memorization sessions is among the steps that can be helpful in advancing the plan.
Mr. Shakernejad noted that when the plan’s objectives are achieved, it would result in better dealing with cultural onslaughts and a decline in problems concerning moral issues.
The Quran reciter went on to say that when the Quran enters someone’s heart, it will safeguard him against harms.
