Over 166,000 Copies of Quran Printed Last Month

Over 166,000 copies of the Holy Quran were printed in the country in the past Iranian calendar month (December-January).
This is according to Ahmad Haji-Sharif, Education and Research Deputy of the Center for Overseeing Quran Printing, affiliated to the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization.
He told IQNA that 32,500 of the printed copies were entire Quran copies while the other 134,000 contained parts of the Quran.
Haji-Sharif added that the number of Quran copies printed in the month of Azar (November-December) was 113,000.
The Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization issues permissions for printing the Holy Quran in the country.
