Over 105,000 Quran Memorizers Being Trained in Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization
The education and research deputy of the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization said the organization is training over 105,000 Quran memorizers.
Speaking at the 24th meeting of the Quran Education Commission, on Saturday, February 16, Davoud Takfallah added that they have been learning the Quran within the framework of the National Quran Memorization Plan.
He said the organization’s Quranic activities include teaching Quran recitation, memorization, translation, interpretation and Quranic concepts, as well as training Quran teachers and establishing specialized Quranic centers.
Takfallah noted that the recitation field is divided into 8 categories while teaching Quran memorization begins from memorization of half a Juz (part) of the Quran and continues to learning the entire Quran by heart.
In interpretation, the teaching is presented under the title of “Noor Al-Rahman” based on Hojat-ol-Islam Qara’ati’s method, he stated.
The Dar-ol-Quran official added that it organizes the Bayyinat Quran interpretation and translation courses in the holy month of Ramadan every year.
He underlined that the organization’s educational activities are carried out based on the needs and priorities of the society.
The meeting of the Quran Education Commission was attended by Quranic officials of the Education Ministry and representatives of the country’s cultural and Quranic bodies.
