“Injunctions of Quran” Unveiled in India
A book titled “Injunctions of Quran” was unveiled at a ceremony on February 16 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh State of India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, Habibiyyah Islamic University hosted the program which was attended by a number of Indian intellectuals and Quran experts.
The program began with Quran recitation followed by speeches on the virtues and miracles of the Holy Quran as well as applying its teachings in modern era.
Addressing the program, Hashemi, an Indian Quranic scholar, said: “having studied the meanings and interpretations of the Holy Quran’s verses, a large number of followers of other faiths, particularly Jews and Christians, have converted to Islam.”
Indian Quran expert Abdul Rauf is the author of the book which contains Quranic concepts and injunctions.
It has been published in 250 pages.
