Quran Radio to Air Closing of Students’ Quranic Studies National Festival
The closing ceremony of the 4th national festival of Iranian students’ Quranic studies will be aired live by the Quran Radio on March 5.
According to the public relations office of the radio, “The Scope of Religion” which is a revision of “Human’s Expectations of Religion” by Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli was the source book for the competition.
The closing ceremony will begin with Quran recitation by Amin Puya, internationally known Quran reciter of the country, followed by a speech by Mohammad Hussein Yadegari, head of the University Jihad.
Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Mahdi Taqawi, secretary of this edition of the festival will also present a speech at the ceremony and Lailat-ul-Qadr Tawasheeh group will perform Quranic songs.
Ferdows Hajiyan, whose paper has won the first title, will then present his paper at the program and winners will be awarded.
The top papers submitted to the festival’s secretariat will be published in Quran and Hadith Scientific, Research Magazine and the interdisciplinary specialized quarterly of Iranian Academics’ Quranic Activities Organization (affiliated to University Jihad).
