Hezbollah Slams Israeli Sacrilege
Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement in a statement slammed the defiling of Islamic and Christian sanctities by the Zionist regime.
The statement called on Arab nations to take a decisive stand against the Zionists’ blasphemies, Al-Minar news network reported.
It said desecration of sanctities is on the rise in the Holy Quds (Jerusalem), holding the Zionist occupiers responsible for it.
A day after the incident of an Israeli officer insulting the Quran and assaulting a number of women who were in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, a member of the Israeli Knesset attempted to attack the Qubbat Al-Sakhra Mosque, the statement said.
In the face of such actions, it is necessary that the children of Quds confront this spiteful criminal (Israel) and prevent it from further committing these shameful crimes, it added.
Hezbollah criticized the silence of Arab and Muslim countries in the face of continued crimes against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and other sanctities in Quds.
“Today, it is more necessary than before for the Arab countries to take a decisive stand against the Zionists’ desecration of Islamic and Christian sanctities,” it underlined.
