Dakar to Host "French-speaking Muslims" Conference
"French-speaking Muslims" International Conference will be held in Dakar, Senegal, on August 23-26, 2013.
According to atlasinfo website, a number of Muslim intellectuals, elites, and social activists from French speaking countries will gather and discuss current issues of the world of Islam.
A member of the organizing committee of the conference said it will be held with the aim of promoting peace and ethics around the world benefiting from Islamic teachings.
He went on to add that creation of a friendly atmosphere for better interaction among Muslims and dispelling any potential tension will be also among other objectives of the conference.
