Casablanca to Host Islamic Arts, Handicrafts Fair
The city of Casablanca, Morocco, next week will host a commercial exhibition featuring works by Muslim artists.
The event is to be organized by Morocco’s Ministry of Industries in cooperation with the Islamic Center for development of Trade, lopinion website reported.
Artists and handicraftsmen from 57 member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will showcase their works at the exhibition.
Non-member states that have observatory status can also take part in the arts exhibition.
On the sidelines of the event, specialized forum will be held to discuss development of handicrafts in Islamic countries.
