Writing Legal Interpretation of Quran Necessary

An academic board member of Al-Mustafa International University regarded writing a legal interpretation of the Holy Quran as necessary.
Speaking to IQNA, Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Hamid Jazayeri such an interpretation is needed for resolving issues related to human right in the Muslim world.
He said some verses of the Quran are related to a legal system or legal statements from which legal bases can be taken.
According to Hojat-ol-Islam Jazayeri, Islam has answer for all needs of human beings and the Holy Quran is Islam’s constitution, so all legal theories and bases can be taken from the Holy Book.
He said if legal foundations are taken from the Quran, naturally, ground will be prepared for a cultural development and revolution in the Muslim world.
