TV Program on Sahifa Sajjadiyah in Serbia
The books “Sahifa Sajjadiya”, “Islamic and Iranian Modern Civilization” and Attar’s “Mantiq Al-Tayr” will be introduced in TV programs in Serbia.
According to IQNA’s ICRO branch, the books were presented at a meeting of Farid Eftekhari, Iranian cultural attaché in Belgrade with Nikola Mirkov, director of RTV Serbia.
The two signed an agreement for cultural cooperation and the Serbian official expressed interest in Iranian history and culture.
He appreciated the activities of the Iranian cultural center and noted that the agreement is the first step towards cultural cooperation of Serbia’s media with Iranian organizations, which, he stressed, needs to expand.
Based on the agreement, a selection of Iranian movies, documentaries and publications will be presented by the Iranian center to the national media in Serbia to be introduced in the country.
The center will also cooperate with the TV network to air Iranian movies with Serbian subtitles.
