"I Learn Islam" Competition to Be Held in Russia
In early June, a competition on the topic 'I learn Islam’ will be held in Ryazan, Russia.
The event will be attended by 30 children who enrolled for Sunday Islamic lessons in madrasah of Ryazan.
Under the terms of the contest, the participants will have to read surah of the Holy Quran and answer to a question on the subject from the material covered during the year, Muslims of Russia news agency reports.
The competition has been held three years in a row. And every time the children demonstrate excellent Islamic knowledge.
Classes for children and adults in the prayer house are conducted by an experienced teacher, Muslim Isaev, a part-time student of MIU.
