Forum to Discuss“Character of Holy Prophet (PBUH)”

The University of Babylon in Iraq plans to hold an international forum on “character of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)” on May 8.
According to Buratha news agency, the program will be held for two days with the participation of scholars and intellectuals from Arab and non-Arab countries.
Nu’man Hadi, head of the public relations committee of the university said that the forum, as a scientific event, has been planned to investigate and introduce the characteristics and virtues of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
He said different intellectual, ideological, political and social aspects of Islam as well as issues related to the character of the Holy prophet (PBUH) will be the themes of the forum.
Hadi went on to say that the forum is aimed at promoting the sublime character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The University of Babylon consists of 20 colleges within three compounds, located seven kilometers south of the city of Hillah, in Babylon Province.
The university attracts students from various regions. The largest part of the student body is made up of students from Babylon Province. It also attracts numerous students from Karbala, Baghdad, Diwaniyah, Kufa and Najaf.
