Int’l Conference of “United for Palestinians Return” in Gaza
An international conference titled “United for the Return of Palestinians” will be held today, May 13, in the Gaza Strip.
According to Al-Misryun daily, a delegation consisting 24 repreantatives from Arab and Islamic countries will attend the event.
It is held on the 65th anniversary of the occupation of Palestine by the Zionist regime in May 1948, known as the Day of Nakba (catastrophe).
Ali Baraka, representative of Hamas in Lebanon who entered Gaza yesterday to take part in the conference said that the Palestinian nation is steadfast in demanding the return of Palestinian refugees to their homeland.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement , Hamas, has urged Palestinians to take part in the programs marking the Nakba Day.
