Sideline Workshops Planned in 30th Int’l Quran Contest
Educational workshops are planned to be held on the sidelines of the 30th international Quran contest to be held from May 31 to June 7 in Tehran.
The Iranian Organization of Awqaf and Charity Affairs will organize the workshops with the participation of seminary and university experts.
Rezayi Esfahani, Lesani Fesharaki, Eslami, Khosh Manesh, Afruz, Fatemiyan, Rabi’ian, Bahrampur and Hojjat-ol-Islam Rajabi will be the expert to take part at the workshops.
Among other sideline programs planned by the organization will be educational art programs for children and Quran reading sessions with the participation of Iranian and Egyptian Qaris in the holy sites in Tehran and Alborz provinces.
72 educational sessions, 2 specialized forums for the contest participants from abroad and 6 Quranic sessions will be among the programs to be held on the sidelines of the international contest.
Quran activists from 75 countries will compete in memorization and recitation of the Holy Quran’s verses in this edition of the competition at Tehran's Summit Conference Hall.
