“Imam Khomeini’s (RA) Influence on Islamic Awakening” Forum in Thailand

Imam Khomeini’s (RA) influence on Islamic awakening will be discussed at a forum to be held on June 2 in Bangkok, Thailand.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the program will be organized on the 24th anniversary of Imam Khomeini’s (RA) demise.
Research Institute of the 14 Infallibles and a number of other Shia and Islamic institutes in Thailand will jointly organize the forum.
The program will be attended by Iranian and Thai scholars and intellectuals who will discuss the role of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the influence of his spiritual thoughts on the Islamic awakening in different parts of the world.
The late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini (RA, was not just a leader, but a caring, sincere, father.
On Saturday night June 3rd, 1989, the Imam passed away and many people in various parts of the world mourned his demise.
