It is held as part of the sidelines programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s 30th International Holy Quran Competition.
14 women Quran activists including reciters, memorizers, artists and researchers will be introduced and honored at the congress.
A number of officials such as Hojat-ol-Islam Qara’ati head of the Prayers Committee and Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Mohammadi head of the Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization will take part in the congress.
The 30th International Holy Quran Competition began at Tehran’s Summit Convention Center on Friday, May 31. Representatives of over 70 countries are attending the Quranic event.
