At the ceremony, which was organized on the sidelines of the 30th International Holy Quran Competition of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the top researchers in three categories were awarded.
According to the International Quran News Agency’s correspondent, in the paper writing category, the winners were Ahmad Dawari, Lina Hosseini, Mohsen Movahedi, Imad Abdullah Muhammad Al-Sharifayn, and Mohammad Reza Matar Al-Sharifi, among others.
In the dissertations category, Zahra Rezayi, Salimeh Rahbar Eslami, Pargol Shamsi, and Erfaneh Ghassempour were awarded.
In the third category, which featured Quraic research plans, Ahmad Zare-Zardini, Zahra Dehghan, Nahid Kazemiyan-Jahromi, and Rahman Dehghani took home the awards.
Iran’s 30th International Holy Quran Competition was held from May 31 to June 6 in Tehran. A number of programs were held on the sidelines of the competition, including the 7th International Quranic Studies Conference, and the congress for honoring women Quran researchers.
