9th international Conference on Mahdism Doctrine in Tehran
The 9th edition of the international conference eon Doctrine of Mahdism will be held in Tehran later this month.
Secretary of the conference Hojat-ol-Islam Masoud Purseyyedaghayi told IQNA that it will be held on June 23-24 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Zaman may God hasten his glad advent).
He said the Mahdism Research Center, which is a seminary institution, will organize the conference given the need for setting the ground for creation of a Muntazir (awaiting) society.
He noted that the theme of this year’s conference is ground-setting training, strategies and approaches.
Hojat-ol-Islam Purseyyedaghayi invited all Iranian and foreign scholars and thinkers to take a step in this direction by submitting papers to the conference.
He added that so far 152 papers have been submitted to the international conference from Iranian scholars as well as papers by scholars and thinkers from 30 other countries.
