A grassroots French organization has distributed 2000 copies of Quran interpretation among Muslims in Cameroon.
The “Life” organization has handed out the books as part of the Dawah plan, ajib website reported.
The plan, which also includes holding educational courses and humanitarian aid, is carried out with the cooperation of a Cameroonian group of Muslims familiar with Islamic sciences.
The ten-day plan also included distributing charity money, holding literacy classes, and teaching Islamic sciences.
Cameroon is a country in Western Africa with a population of over 20 million. Some 20 percent of the country’s population is Muslim.
