Saleh Al-Zabiyani said the association would be an umbrella institution including 160 Dar-ol-Quran centers, Al-Haqiqa news website reported.
Al-Zabiyani was speaking on Monday in a ceremony held to honor 54 boys and girls who have graduated from Al-Hida Dar-ol-Quran Center in Zaraja, Dhamar province.
He also said that an educational center and a mosque for women Quran memorizers are set to be established in the province.
Al-Hida Dar-ol-Quran Center in Zaraja was established in the region in 1999. It has students from different provinces of Yemen as well as some from abroad.
