He noted that 22 Persian and 15 foreign papers will be presented in 4 committees of the conference.
Head of the Ayande Roshan (bright future) Institute said the theme of this year’s conference will be “Ground-setting Education; Strategies and Approaches”, which has been taken from a Hadith by Imam Moussa Kazem (AS).
He said the ideal of Shia Muslims is a world free of injustice and an era in which all goodness and all beauty is materialized.
Hojat-ol-Islam Pourseyyedagahyi pointed to the glad tidings by all prophets of God about the Savior and said, “There are differences between the promised one in Shia Islam and those in other religions and schools of thought. However, the main difference is that Shi’ites’ Savior is living right now.”
He further presented a report about preparations for the 9th edition of the conference, saying that the event will have two approaches, one scientific and research and the other propagational.
The cleric added that over 20 scientific sessions were held to determine the main topics of the conference using the expertise and scholarly opinions of scholars from 30 universities and scientific centers.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Hojat-ol-Islam Pourseyyedagahyi thanked the University of National Defense, Al-Mustafa International University, Imam Khomeini (RA) Institute and seminaries for their cooperation with the Ayande Roshan Institute for making preparations for the conference.
The 9th International Conference on Mahdism Doctrine will be held on June 23-24 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Zaman (may God hasten his glad advent).
Researchers from different countries, including Canada, Sweden, Jordan, Bahrain, Tanzania, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Norway and Kuwait will take part in the international event.
