Al-Kawthar Announces Quranic Programs for Ramadan
Like previous years, Al-Kawthar International Channel will broadcast specialized Quranic programs during the holy month of Ramadan this year.
According to the public relations of the channel, two Tarteel recitations of the Holy Quran’s verses will be aired every day by the channel from the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad and the holy shrine of Hazrat Ma’soumeh (SA) in Qom.
“Sofara’ Al-Noor” (messengers of light) is the title of a program of the channel including dialogues and discussions with memorizers of the entire Quran from different countries which will investigate some aspects of the Quran memorizers’ lives and methods of reading and memorizing the verses.
Quran interpretation will be another program of the channel to investigate human characteristics in the Holy Quran taking into account the status of human as the caliph of God on earth.
The weekly program of the channel aired under the title of “Quranic magazine” has special parts for the holy month on interpretation of Quranic sciences and recitation.
The channel will also broadcast live the sixth edition of the greatest TV Quran competition of the world of Islam to be held during the holy month with the participation of Qaris from over 25 countries.
