Iranian Representative to Go on Stage at Malaysia Int’l Quran Competition

Iran’s representative at the 55th International Quran Recitation Competition of Malaysia will perform his recitation tonight.
Mohammad Mahsmoul’s recitation will reverberate at the auditorium of the Putra Jaya World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur Tuesday night, July 2.
Iranian Qari’s recitation will be broadcast live on Iran’s Quran TV this evening at 18:45 local time.
Ahmad Abolghassemi, prominent Quran master who has accompanied Mashmoul to Malaysia to provide him with necessary guidance and help, told IQNA earlier that wining the top title in the competition is quite within Mashmoul’s reach.
He referred to the representatives of the host country and Indonesia as the main rivals of Mashmoul, saying that they presented good recitations.
Malaysia’s 55th International Holy Quran Recitation Competition started in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, June 29.
56 reciters from 42 countries compete in the international Quranic event, which will wrap up on Saturday, July 6.
