A project for printing the Holy Quran in Braille was completed by Quran publication institutes in Saudi Arabia.
According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, Naser bin Ali Al-Musa, general supervisor of the country's Quran publication institutes said that the Holy Quran copies in Braille have been printed in “Hafs narration from Asim” in 6 volumes.
He added that the copy will be distributed free among the visually impaired in Saudi Arabia and other countries as well as in libraries, institutes and centers of the Muslim world that serve this group of people.
As there are millions of visually impaired people in the world who are in need of Quran copies in Braille, the Quran publication institutes in Saudi Arabia plan to continue printing the Braille copies of the Divine Book to meet the need.
