Student Quran Memorization Contest to Be Held in Egypt

A Quran memorization contest for students will be held from today, July 14, at Alexandria University in Egypt.
According to dostorasly website, the competition will continue for three days under the supervision of the General Office for Supervising the Youth's Affairs of the university.
Students of different faculties of the university will compete on memorization of Surahs Kahf and Maryam.
Top five participants will be awarded 300, 275, 250, 225 and 200 Gineih (Egyptian currency) respectively.
Alexandria University is a public research university in Alexandria, Egypt. It was established in 1938 and now is the second largest university in Egypt and has many affiliations to various universities for ongoing research.
Various faculties of the university include Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science, etc.
