Three Jerusalemite young men were taken prisoners and many others suffered injuries on Tuesday evening when the Israeli police violently attacked a peaceful rally in Bab Al-Amoud area in occupied Jerusalem.
Israeli mounted policemen used batons and their horses' hooves to inflict injuries among the protestors.
The events broke out when the Israeli police raided a peaceful march held by hundreds of Palestinian citizens in Bab Al-Amoud area to protest the daily desecration of the Aqsa Mosque by the Jewish settlers and the renewed Israeli plan to raze dozens of Palestinian villages in the Negev region and displace their residents.
In another incident, an Israeli court in Jerusalem postponed the trial of five Jerusalemite activists until November 27.
The Israeli prosecutor claimed that these five activists assaulted Israeli policemen, obstructed their work and participated in an illegal protest.
