Religious Books Published in Crimea

A collection of religious books for imams of mosques and students of Islamic educational institutes was published in the Republic of Crimea.
According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the Office for Muslims’ Religious Affairs in the country announced that the collection includes 500 books published in Tatar language.
History of Hadith and Islamic principles, principles of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), history of religions, Islamic beliefs, history of interpretation, history of Divine apostles, religious rituals and history of Islam are some of the topics of the books.
The collection has been presented in Tarjoman bookstore of the country.
In Crimea the Ukrainian Muslims make up to 12% of the population. Major languages are Tatar, Turkish and Caucasian languages such as Chechen or Avar.
