It will be built in the northwestern city of Ardebil by the city’s Dar-ol-Quran Institute, director of the institute Reza Safari told IQNA.
He said the Quranic compound, which will be 1600 square meters in area upon completion, is built on a 7000-square-meter plot of land.
Safari said a number of Ardebil province’s officials including the governor, Friday prayers leader and director general of the culture and Islamic Guidance department will take part in the ceremony.
He noted that as many as 20,000 individuals will receive Quranic education in this Quranic compound when it starts operating.
