Opening Al-Aqsa Mosque to Jews Would Be Declaration of War on Islam
Palestine’s Al-Ahrar movement said implementation of the Israeli plan to open the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Jews would be a declaration of war on Islam.
Issuing a statement on Sunday, August 11, the movement underlined that the Zionist regime’s aggressions in the mosque requires serious reaction from the Muslim Ummah.
It urged extensive and active mobilization of Muslims to support the Al-Qasa Mosque against the Zionist aggressions.
Al-Ahrar added that the Palestinian Authority’s return to useless negotiations with Israel has led to the Zionist crimes against the Palestinian nation and their sanctities.
It warned against the continuation of settlement construction, Judaization and desecration of sanctities in Palestine and condemned the international community’s silence and the inactive stance of Arab and Muslim countries over Israel’s repeated crimes.
The movement urged Muslim scholars, the Arab League, Organization of Islamic Cooperation and all freedom-loving people of the world to stand up and support Al-Aqsa against the Zionist regime’s plans to destroy the mosque.
The interior and environment committee of the Zionist regime’s Knesset intends to table a proposal calling for allowing the Jews to desecrate the Aqsa Mosque to perform their rituals, especially during their religious days and festivals.
