75000 to Take Nat’l Quran Memorization, Concepts Exam
More than 75000 individuals have signed up to take the national Quran memorization and concepts examination.
The 12th national Quran memorization and concepts is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 11.
It will be organized by the Quran and Etrat Fraction of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
Some 43000 individuals have registered to take the memorization exam, while 23000 will attend the category of Quranic concepts, and 9500 will take the exam in the category of interpretation of the Holy Quran.
Those scoring 60out of 100 will pass the examination and receive a certificate from the Quran and Etrat Deputy. The top participants will also be awarded.
The exam has been received very well this year, as the number of those taking the memorization exam has significantly increased. It is an indication that people and Quranic institutes have been paying more attention to promoting memorization of the Quran.
Those registering for the exam have attended the Quran memorization courses offered by Quran institutes in different parts of the country.
